Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hrs. in advance to avoid fees. $50 minimum for deliveries. (No minimum for pick up and drop off.) Delivery fee may apply for locations 10 miles or more. Deposit may be required for orders more than $150. Other services: Balloon Arch/ Flower Arrangement/ Special Decor Party Activities with or without a Host: Slime Bar/ Adopt a Pet Station/ Crafty Painting Corner For other services and party activities, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance so we have time to prepare and gather our supplies.
